I am the proud owner & photographer of Braxton Lee Photography. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, I am inspired by my Grandfathers Kenneth Braxton and and Walter Lee to pursue my passion to capture life at all angles (expected & unexpected). In Honor of my grandfathers BLP was created in 2020 to emphasize the beauty within all things and capture every moment worth holding on to forever. ❤️
The Inspiration

You were the first person I wanted to prove my "big girl" status to when I decided to take poop out of my diaper & basically tell you it was time for me to be potty-trained. You were the first to teach me how to ride a bike & to drive a car. You were the first to teach me how to believe in myself & to trust my natural born instinct. You taught me how to “take care of business” when it came to the all of the responsibilities in my life no matter how big or small. You guided me through out my transition from infant to woman. You were there every step of the way.
You gained your angel wings on October 18th, 2020 & as a result I dedicate this business to you as a refection of all that you taught me along the way!
Walter Lee
Growing up, I remember you showing me random pictures of myself eating chips, sleeping on the stair case, or running down a hallway, when I was younger. I found myself asking "who took that?" & the answer was always you. I would reply with my infamous "nuh-huh" (which you hated), but you noticed something in me & you were the first to actually put a camera in my hand. You taught me all about shutter speeds, lenses, flashes, & developing pictures. You made sure that I knew that practice was important, it may not always come out perfect, but as long as you practice, you will get better. You too, made sure that I always knew how to believe in myself & how to apply the things that I have learned to any situation in life.
I am blessed to still have you here on earth & as a token of my appreciation for all that you have taught me, I dedicate this business to you!
